Market and Official Opening of the Woodsdale Museum's New Developments

A Country Market in conjunction with the Official opening of the Shearing Interpretation shed and Men's shed at the Woodsdale Museum is on again with a wide range of stalls and activities for all to enjoy, but to run through a few;
 Live shearing shows including blade shearing

 Bare Bellies Butts and All Calendars
 Woolerina Clothing
 Post and Rail fence demonstrations
 Sheep dressed in Mongrel Socks
 Billy tea and Damper making

 Photos taken in period costumes

 Working Sheep Dog Demonstrations
 Kids Activities (Pony Rides, Jumping Castle, Face Painting, and more)
So if you are looking for a family day out then come along and go back to the 1860s with the Ghost Shearer before walking into the present day with the local community.

followed by Project Mangers Darren & Lucy Byers and Rachael & John Treasure will say a few words and present a Cheque to the RHH Burns Unit from the sale of the Shearer's Calendars.
